It started with a Master’s Thesis. And ended with a publication in the International Journal of Management with a research institute of the Technical University of Munich.

The study takes a scientific perspective on our CHANGCE-Game, analysing a case-study with interviews to show the benefits of our method within change-management. We exercise the workshop at the Schlosshotel Blumenthal and publish the results in cooperation with the Research Institute for Leadership, Logistics and Production of the TU Munich.
